RoofTime 17: July 18-19, 2009, Oakwood Friends School, Poughkeepsie, NY

We did it! Rooftime 17 raised at least $10,322 for DCCH (Dutchess County Coalition for the Homeless) bringing our 17 year total to $101,510. Not too shabby for a bunch of volleyball geeks.

Of course, still taking additional donations, and the shelter could always use some additional material goods - here is a link to their wish list.

Local pickup volleyball

If you would like to play either (or both nights), drop me a note ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) so I can count you towards the quorum! The start time is 5:30 pm.

We collect a voluntary offering each night of $1 per person, and these monies would be another source of income for Rooftime. Last year, the money from the bucket pushed us over the $8,000 mark! This year, we will continue our use of the bucket, and hopefully these funds will push us over another significant milestone.
